“Nothing truly special will ever come when you want it. Working towards it takes time. Just let the process begin and let it be fun.”
“It is the individual who is not interested in his fellow men who has the greatest difficulties in life and provides the greatest injury to others. It is among such individuals that all human failures spring.”
Alfred Adler - Viennese psychologist

Any fools can criticise, condemn and complain - and most fools do.

But it takes character and self control to be under-standing and forgiving. - Dale Carnegie

Being firm on the creative

It’s easy to be inadvertently negative. Often we think in an inverted mind, thoughts that could be intentionally positive are pronounced with contradicting words. Often we say cannot, is not or couldn’t. The creative minded often always requires kind, friendly and enthusiastic minded people, even within their own mind. We go to work to hunt and gather ideas, ideas that are fragile and need the comforts of the nest.

Thought I’d let you know, execution is really important.

In an ideal world, every nitty gritty problem would be tackled by a little ruthless creativity.

In the undergraduate theatre scene you can spend three years in rehearsal, produce truly terrible shows, and nobody ever tells you never to darken the stage again. If you’re smart, you can carry a secret catalogue of your mistakes from show to show, and get a little better at avoiding them. You emerge with confidence to say ‘I’m a director’ and you keep on saying it till someone believes you. - John Adair (How to grow leaders)

The art of a creative leadership, I call it serious play.

It’s the memory of our honours that keep us on our feet.

“Extraordinary creations come from lending of the heart.” #quote
